Company Description: 5E Boron Americas, LLC (5E BA), formerly known as Fort Cady (California) Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of 5E Advanced Materials, Inc. (5E). 5E BA’s corporate office and team is located in Hesperia, CA and the project site is located in Newberry Springs, CA. 5E BA’s Borate Mine hosts a multi-generational Borate resource where boric acid will be produced for the large North American specialty chemicals market including high-end technologies such as electric vehicles, defense, and magnets. The Fort Cady project site is an exceptionally rare and large colemanite deposit.

Purpose: The Marketing Communication Administrator is responsible for supporting the Chief Marketing Officer for any/all capital market initiatives including investor roadshows, conference activities, project site visits, and digital media projects

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling and travel arrangements for project site visits, investor roadshows, conference/speaking engagements.
  • Organize annual calendar schedules, registrations, content submissions and other marketing needs for events.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and other logistics as needed
  • Prioritize email communication, respond on executive’s behalf as needed
  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
  • Create weekly and monthly calendars to promote company brands on various social media platforms
  • Assist in the facilitation of company content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases on social media
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

  • Bachelor of Science/Arts required
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office platform is a must; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills is desired
  • 1-5 years’ Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of social media platforms including Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience in event planning, project management or similar skills a plus
